D-TA’s high-performance RF transceiver products that are tunable across L, S, C, X, K. bands offer reconfigurable/cognitive radar implementation when coupled with multi-core server-based software processing. The use of high-speed optical fibers for data transport enables remote processing from the antenna site in a secured and sheltered location. This saves cost and simplifies system installation.

D-TA has also been involved in the development and deployment of HF Over-The-Horizon Radar (OTHR) for long range radar surveillance. Sky wave OTHR uses ionospheric reflections undergone by the HF (3 to 30 MHz) signals to detect fast moving targets thousands of miles away. Surface wave HF OTHR is an effective way to implement harbour security and surveillance of a country’s Exclusive Economic Zone.
